The course is focused on the technology of creating information, its processing and analysis for decision making. The course reviews the concepts of every-day usage and strategic evaluation of information, and using information in planning, management and decision making. The listeners will learn computer literacy skills and its practical usage on computers of the last modification. The following subjects will be taught: how to develop computer skills, informational systems and their organization, create of informational management systems.

The course explains the role of business plan and its basic concepts. It also includes industrial and market analysis, market strategy, and financial issues of business plan. The listeners will learn how to make business plan for commercial proposals and investment requests. The result of the training will be the development and approval of a business plan.
